Microsoft spins lack of iPod support for MSN Music
The Seattle PI Microsoft Blog today has an article about Microsoft's soft approach at a Real Audio type of protest using their knowledgebase. They are on their third revision of the "help article" and have toned down the third version. The comments on the PI Microsoft blog, while not as numerous, follow the same line as the comments against Real Audio's plea to ride on the coat tails of Apple's innovation.
mike (not me) says in the comments:
The only shock is that iPod owners might be trying to get access to a messy MSN Music Store......which they aren't. MS put up the FAQ to make it look that way.. which is entirely beneficial to them, it's just not based on reality.
